Anna
was born on October 19, 2005 at 0055 hours.
Weigh
4.06kg and 55cm long at birth.
She was expected to be dued on October 15, but she was so comfortable
in mummy's womb
that she decided to stay a little longer.
I was advised to go for induction on October 18.
After in labour pain for 11 hours, it was the "pushing" time.
I was not successful in pushing her out, so I tried assisted delivery through
vacuum.
Not successful either. I had to rush for an emergency caesarean.
"Meng
Hua, Meng Hua, did you hear your baby cry?"
It was then that I opened my eyes and gave out a sign of relief.
She was finally out to see me.
I cried as I kissed her for the very first time.
Our Little Star was born.
