Heart of the City
Suntec City, Esplanade, Boat Quay, Clark Quay, Raffles City, Raffles Place - to name a few Singapore's landmarks.
Sungei Buloh
Given how scarce (and pricey) the land is in Singapore, it is amazing to see such an oasis of wetlands, where nature thrives, migratory birds find their stop-over and nature lovers can find an escape from city buzz.
Chinatown
One Saturday spent in this colorful and livable place.

Chinese heritage and traditions in Singapore
Chinatown is not the only place in Singapore where you can find interesting examples of Chinese culture. They are present all around the island. When it comes to tradition, Chinese food cannot be overlooked.

Chinese Garden - Lantern Festival
Although the whole escapade turned out a bit disappointing (I was expecting to see more of the traditional Chinese lanterns, while Hello Kitty dominated the show), here are some shots taken during that event.

Little India
Yet another Saturday - hot weather, great food and overwhelming crowd. That's how Little India is like.

Indian heritage and traditions in Singapore
Since Singapore is multi-racial and multi-religion country, what I wrote about Chinese heritage applies to Indian one as well. You don't need to visit Little India to spot a colorful temple.

Fading away
I must admit that I like to photograph all the old stuff: things and places once in their full glory, now a bit forgotten. They would probably tell an interesting story. If only they could speak...

Pulau Ubin
Singapore is such a fast pace, constantly developing environment. Pulau Ubin is prop ably one of very few remains of what it used to be like in the past. If you want to escape from the rush of the city, this is the place to visit.

Jurong Bird Park
For all budget-constrained nature photography lovers, places such as this offer at least a chance to see animals and birds otherwise unreachable. Not forgetting that they also help to improve our photo taking skills.

Miscellaneous
Here you will find photos which didn't make for their own category yet: taken in different parts of Singapore, namely Changi, Pasir Ris... and more.
